Gentle Fit is a restorative, gentle, low impact workout designed to build strong muscles and bones (preventing Osteoporosis). The exercise selection will help to build a stable core to keep you active and doing the things you love well into your later years. Good for all ages and fitness levels.  This session begins with a dynamic warm up,  and ends with a guided stretch to increase your flexibilty and mobility. Required tools: a long exercise band & small weights (3-5 lbs) often available at a dollar store.
