Cardio-Bootcamp is a series of cardio & strength exercises focused on improving your cardiovascular system while offering a full body workout. You will never get bored in this class as it will change up every week. We use a variety of tools and good old body weight to keep you on your toes! If you like to work hard or get bored easy this is the class for you!!
